CRIMES WITHOUT CONSEQUENCES

It is an absolute atrocity to witness animals suffering while those with the power to intervene do nothing. We have laws designed to protect innocent lives, yet they are not enforced. Time and time again, we hear the same hollow excuses from those who vowed to protect and serve, and these excuses only protect the criminals who commit the crimes and allow the suffering of the innocent to continue.

Turning a blind eye to animal cruelty and failing to hold criminals accountable sends the dangerous message that animal cruelty is permissible, that accountability doesn't exist, and that the law can be ignored without consequence. What's even more disturbing is that it's not just animal cruelty being overlooked; additional various violations classified as crimes under the penal code are also ignored.

This continuous disregard for the law and lack of enforcement can be seen in incidents involving Kylie Campbell and Zacariah Dwyer of Lubbock, Texas, where concerns have been raised that apparent ongoing violations continue without any accountability, despite the clear legal standards that have been put in place.

This is not just a flaw in the system, it’s a complete failure, and this is why so many law-abiding citizens have lost their faith, respect, and trust in our so-called justice system. Those in power need to uphold the laws they swore to enforce and take their oaths seriously. It’s time for action. No more excuses!
